Return Policy

We want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. Because furniture is a significant investment, we’ve outlined our return policy clearly below to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must not be assembled, installed, or modified

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of the reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We can assist in arranging return pickup if needed, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 days of the order date with no penalty.

If an order is canceled after 3 days from the order date, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will apply, even if the item has not yet shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items with any damage not reported at delivery
  • Special order or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all items upon delivery.

  • Any damage must be noted at delivery or the shipment refused
  • Damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos

We will repair, replace, or exchange damaged or defective items at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Refunds will reflect the 25% restocking fee
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
